The PBR World Finals: Unleash The Beast! follows a two-part format:

- 40 Top Riders: The top 40 riders from the UTB season standings and 5 wild-card riders from the Velocity Tour Finals will compete.
- Elimination Rounds: Each rider will face one bull per round. Riders with the lowest scores or those who are bucked off are eliminated.
- Number of Rounds: The exact number of elimination rounds may vary but will likely be around 4-5, with the top riders advancing to the championship.
Part 2: Championship (May 18th – 19th) – AT&T Stadium
